i bought some time ago after dortmund an boxer from christian as a testboxer build

it all begun with a Ludwig seite styreen kit GTK Boxer , could get hands of christians testmodelbuild so a lot of work was allready done

how it started as 1/16 styreen cnc cutted gtk boxer

further building onto it


















as you see the hinges from the hatches were very poor gleued so i cut them down and resettle all the parts of it



the hatches itself needing a lot of work to fit into the boxers roofpanel

because i got one of ludwigs testboxer builds there were quite a few laws on it ... poorly gleud also ... but gonna be correct them all , along the way i came about two other builds of 1/16 gtk boxers and met at gunfire the RCAGH guy's again , am a full patched member there too now





how i got it home , you see here ... but i must also admit i have no minute regret i bought those ludwig kits , even planned to do a holland one too ... just like freds holland boxer of the RCAGH
The two opposits a holland and german version ... freds boxer is riding quite a while , it took him 3 year to build it up and searching for solutions
Am almost 3 months further ... a long way to go

the bolts used for mounting the hinges are 1.2 x 6 mm , so immens big

the reinforced styreen piece cutted away from opening ... perfect fit in the roof for the hatches

the extra panterplates on the back with stowage are to short in the kit , you can lenghten them very easy

making hatchrings and place the springs between centerpoints giving a far better sight allready

possible donorcars double shockabsorbers XTM Rage




looking at the suspension of the boxer , you see i need to find an 1/16 crawler with double shockabsorbers , found it







the best parts is that the ripmax store have all the parts seperate from the XTM Rage crawler 1/18
